​Private Chambers: The Marilyn Chambers Online Archive is the first and only comprehensive web site chronicling the life and career of the celebrated actress and entertainer Marilyn Chambers.

Throughout the 1970s and early 1980s, Marilyn Chambers was the most famous mainstream-crossover adult film star. While she was known primarily for her work in classic X-rated films such as Behind the Green Door and Insatiable, her career was much more varied than most people realize. For nearly 35 years she entertained audiences not only through her adult film work but in mainstream films (including the lead in David Cronenberg's Rabid), on stage, in song, in print, and on television. This web site is a tribute and its mission is to present a complete portrait of Marilyn Chambers' career through rare photos and memorabilia, interviews with those who knew and worked with her, film clips and more. All of the photos and items featured on the site are from my personal collection.
